Site Administration of menus and page content was very difficult.
Navigation was very confusing.
Membership renewal was totally manual.
Administration for Membership was difficult.
Communication with e-Blasts did not exist.

We are a small nonprofit and I am a one-person staff with a wide range of responsibilities and duties. Having Cam build our website using Wild Apricot gave me a way to be actively involved in the design without having to do all the technical work myself.

The other option I was able to find was giving almost full control to a designer and tech guy, who then created sites that I couldn’t easily use. Then, there were charges for hosting, upkeep and maintenance.

Working with Cam is the best of both worlds: you get a skilled technical guide, who is reliable and accessible and you get a web platform that will let a novice add text, pictures, documents, and keep up with membership, all relatively easily.

Now that our site is built, we are keeping Cam “on retainer” for technical work that I don’t want to do or shouldn’t do, but, in less than weeks, I am now able to use the website as a tool to get my job done. I can’t wait to learn what I can do next!
